A friendly and kind host who is always available when needed. The room was comfortable and clean. There is a TV that works well and an en suite bathroom that is in good working order. Primavalle is a proper local Roman district with everything you may need. The metro takes around 20min to reach central Rome.

Nuoširdus, paslaugus, rūpestingas šeimininkas. Greitas reagavimas į prašymus (sugedo vandens padavimas į klozeto bakelį,informavus, skubiai pašalino gedimą). Nors tolokai nuo centro, bet-puikus susisiekimas tiek autobusais, tiek metro. Vieta tinkama tiems, kam pakanka minimalaus komforto ir kas nori pajusti tikrą itališką aplinką. Apie vilą gausu maźų parduotuvèlių, barų, puiki picos kepyklèlè. Pageidaujant, galima ir vilos kieme kepti kepsnius. Nelabai supratome ar galime naudotis bendra virtuve, bet kambary buvo kavos aparatas, mums to pakako.
Nebuvo nepatikimų,mums nieks netrukdè, bet ketinantiems apsigyventi, reiktų atkreipti dèmesį, kad vilos kiemas, nors ir su nemaźu sodu, yra į automagistralès pusę, tad pastovus mašinų gausmas ilgam neuźtyla. Mums pasitaikè prastas wifi ryšys.
