Aparthotel Adagio Rome Vatican

The property is located next door to the train station and has a small super market/general store opposite. The apartment was beautifully designed in the bedroom, bathroom and living room and has a balcony.

The table ware was very cheap and small. Sofa bed wasn’t great as it was just the base of a sofa and a pull out mattress that stayed down low. We had stayed in two other apartments whilst in Italy in those trip and the sofa bed here was dreadful compared to the previous two. You also had to search for the bedding for this and make it yourself, not what wit expect especially as the hotel were aware of the sleeping arrangements. Also our room wasn’t ready for us on arrival we had to wait a further 30 mins even thought we arrived two hours after the time we could have checked in. Also had to book a time slot for the pool due to crowding!

The location of the property is fantastic for public transport and there are shops decently close by. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well equipped The pool is very clean and the reception is convenient as it's open 24 hours

The staff were generally helpful although one or two of them were very abrupt and could maybe brush up on their interpersonal skills..... although they were efficient and helpful.

Fantastic location and great space with loads of room.

Air con didn’t deal very well with the heat so it was only just ok sometimes a little warm.

Spacious apartment with large balcony and was fairly updated. The train was right next door that made it relatively straightforward to access main sites.

Not much in the surrounding neighborhood, although the restaurant next door was quite good. The check in process could use a tweak to make it easier and less stressful for both the guest and front desk staff. Breakfast could use some variety.
