We didn't expect kitchen and working A/C so that is good.
They had quite dirty dishes and they didn't cleaned as much as needed. Late check-in beacuse they didn't control who and when check-out.

Excellent location with good access to metro station, non-touristy eateries, convenience shops, and major landmarks. Nice and responsive host. Waste disposal every day
Could be cleaner - floor behind the bed in the kitchenette, kitchen cabinets and drawers, more dishes (glasses, cuttlery, a kettle would be nice), dishwashing sponge changed after every guest Lack of slippers mentioned in room description More coat hangers Walls could use repainting
