Clean facilities
1.Waited too long before someone answered the phone. I was really stranded. 2. Had to walk few extra minutes to get to the new facilities where the room is located.

It is very accessible and you can easily get to the city. It is near Cipro metro station. There is also a 6-minute walk to the bus stop to get you to the city.
No daily change of bath towels. The assistant already knocked on the property 2 minutes before check out. They say the check out is until 10:30am, it felt like she was in a hurry to get us out.

The location is good
Nobody answered when I rang thebell. I had to call via WhatsApp. They demanded I paid additional Eur24 in cash. The window didn’t close properly. The toilet was not affixed to the floor. Everything just looked dirty and old.
