Guesthouse Pop

Ubytování se nachází v klidném dvoře, jen pár minut chůze od stanice metra, takže je skvělým výchozím bodem pro poznávání města. V bytě jsou tři samostatné pokoje se společnou kuchyní. Pokoj byl dostatečně prostorný, postel pohodlná a klimatizace fungovala bez problémů. Oceňuji každodenní úklid i možnost uschovat zavazadla před ubytováním i po odhlášení. Snídaně se podávají v kavárně naproti ubytování, což bylo příjemné zpestření. Celkově jsme byli s pobytem spokojeni a ubytování můžeme doporučit.

Jedinou drobnou nevýhodou je, že jsou občas slyšet zvuky z vedlejších pokojů.

the staff was very rude and sarcastic, I was trying ti explain something and she was mocking me, was talking over me and would not angry even to end the conversation. the coffee machine was broken the the hallway which was the common area of three rooms was smelly. It needs to be in the description how the room situation is because is misleading and the owner needs ti write down in the description the meaning of the word “guesthouse” so that other people won’t get confused. Lastly, the staff after telling me that it would be a 10 minute wait so that she can be at the room with us, not only she arrived 30 minutes late and kept us waiting, she didn’t answer the phone, she was judgy and told us at list 3 times to leave if we don’t like the way she speaks, was very disappointed!
