Good location. Nice location close to the Vatican. Restaurants were close, too.
A little hard to actually find the place. Its in a courtyard through an unmarked door.

The bed was super comfortable
There was a guy screaming at midnight from the building next to the bedroom, we had a bit struggling sleeping

It was close to everything we had planned to see. The bathroom was very nice and clean!
The street noise at night was very loud, the pillows were flat, didn't sleep a wink.
Even though we didn't use the small rollout, single sofa, it was very dirty, and I would not have wanted to sleep on it.
