Jamás via ninguna persona física, todo fue por Whatsapp ,si no tenes datos o una línea Italiana no podés resolver ninguna inquietud.

The flat was beautiful very old world and fairly spacious. It was 5- 8 minutes from the nearest metro and supermarket. Very convenient as there are bus stops as well. Everything you need within walking distance

1. things broken in the flat by previous tenants who said nothing and I was blamed 2. The owners sent me photos after leaving the flat, complaining that I have "no manners" because I did not make up the bed properly (Duvet was wrinkled), I had lifted the duvet on the 2nd bed to check under the bed and left the duvet up and a towel had fallen on the floor as I was rushing about getting done.

La grandeur de l'appartement, très bien équipé, très joli avec une superbe terrasse ! Et proche metro, bus et de quoi manger !

The location was very comfortable

The room was not as described in the listing. It was stated that the room had a private bathroom for our exclusive use, but upon arrival we found out that the bathroom was actually shared with several other guests. This was very uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially since having a private bathroom was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. We also paid for accommodation for three people, but there were only pillows and blankets for two. On top of that, although there were three towels, two of them were dirty and had visible stains. Overall, the accommodation did not match the description and was not properly prepared for three guests. This was a very disappointing experience.
