Le bâtiment en arrivant peut surprendre, mais dès qu'on ouvre la porte de l'appartement: une sensation de sérénité et de cocooning. L'appartement a été rénové avec goût. La vue mer est reposante.
Mieux vaut venir avec une petite voiture 😉

L'emplacement, la décoration, la qualité des équipements.
* 1 radiateur sur 4 ne fonctionnait pas, c'est dommage en plein hiver..., * le compteur n'était pas suffisamment dimensionné pour un appartement en tout électrique, occasionnant des coupures intempestives dès lors que plusieurs équipements étaient en fonctionnement, * la porte du garage s'est coincée juste au moment de partir pour un rendez-vous, rapidement réparée par le propriétaire mais m'obligeant néanmoins à partir à pied et arrivant de ce fait très en retard....
