A very nice apartment with everything you might need for a self catering holiday.

The apartment is perfectly located to explore the nearby attractions in Brittany. Close enough to walk in to Concarneau centre and there are a couple of nice restaurants on the doorstep.

The only observation was to point out that the noise from other apartments (above and next door) was sometimes very noticeable.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, super spacious and comfortable, amazing location, and Maryvonne was very kind and helpful when I called with an incredibly stupid question (it turns out the main door is a push, not a pull) and even directed me to the nearest location where I could get a good drink after what was obviously a very long day. Awesome apartment, wonderful and compassionate host!

A few days in Concarneau

Space, view, lots of daylight , well equipped property, easy to contact nice owner who offered to send us help for fixing the hot water problems, but it was too late at 10pm after driving all day.. Easy parking . Short walk to beach . Fair price.

Heating and hot water didn't work, we called the owner and got partial success by trial and error method playing with boiler , next day we had another attempt and eventually got it all working . Not straight forward though and not a job one wants to do with limited time late at night on arrival. We were visiting Concarneau to attend a funeral and see family with limited time available and sorting out heating wasn't our priority. It is difficult not to splash water in bathroom due to the way taps on basins are aligned and shower in bath.

Schönes Apartment, toller Blick, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand runter. Wenn man sich Fahrräder ausleiht, kann man auch sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad nach Concarneau in die Stadt rein fahren.

Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich sehr hellhörig, am besten ein paar Ohropax mitbringen, wenn es gerade Nachbarn gibt.

L'emplacement, pas loin de la plage

Grand lit qui grince, voisins au 2 ème étage très bruillant , les trois premiers nuits nous avons été réveillé a plusieurs reprises ,entre 1h et 4 h du matin . Plan de travail propre mais qui colle . Appartement bien aménagé avec le nécessaire pour pouvoir séjourner confortablement. Jolie région à découvrir.

Situation parfaite entre mer et forêt. Appartement spacieux. Grande baies vitrées vue mer.

Pas de parking privée. Peux de place pour le nombre de logement. Cest la galere pour se garer en rentrant de ballade. Manque un rideau autour de la baignoire pour se doucher. Il serait bien de mentionner que le lit double se trouve dans la pièce a vivre. Le plan de travail est collant. On a pas vu notre hote.

Mal isolé au niveau du bruit et pommeau de douche à changer attention s’assurer du bon code de la boîte à clés car booking nous a envoyé le mauvais code mais propriétaire joignable

Ideal für 2 Personen

Der Vermieter hat immer zeitnah reagiert! Großer, geräumiger und geschmackvoller Koch-Wohnzimmerraum mit Balkon und Sicht auf die Meerseite. Die Wohnung war mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet, das Wlan lief einwandfrei! Spültabs und Spülmittel waren ausreichend vorhanden! Mit dem Auto fährt mensch in wenigen Minuten zur Altstadt. Ausreichend Parkplatz vor dem Haus

Da wir die Wohnung mit 2 Personen belegt haben, konnten wir das 2te Schlafzimmer als Garderobenzimmer nutzen, es fehlte ein Kleiderschrank. Es gab jedoch eine fahrbare Konstruktion mit Kleiderbügeln.

die Unauffindbarkeit der Hausnummer und der Name "4Sardines" gab es nicht und stimmt nicht! der Fussboden ist teilweise kaputt und gefährlich die Kochplatte für nicht französisch sprechende Menschen nicht bedienbar keine Möglichkeit Handtücher und Geschirrtücher zu wechseln - nur 1 Garnitur auf den Matratzen ist ein Kunststoffbezug - unerträglicher Hitzestau während des Schlafes
