Bruna is an exceptional host. She literally thought of everything someone might need during a trip and provided it in her apartment. She checked in with me every few days to see if I needed anything. She is by far the best host I've ever encountered. Such a nice lady. Complimentary coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine, fresh fruit, milk for coffee, cold water in the fridge and some snacks as well. You'll find everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. I was quite impressed. The apartment is in excellent condition and very, very clean. The bed is comfortable and the pillows too. Great water pressure in shower and all the drains worked well. There is a ceiling fan and the windows can be opened for a nice breeze. The air conditioning unit works well and cools the studio down relatively quickly. The neighbourhood is quiet and the Eurospar grocery store (large with great selection) is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. 15 minute walk to Bologna Centrale train station and about a 25 minute walk to central Bologna.

Il contatto con i gestori della struttura è stato semplicissimo e molto professionale. Sono stato ricevuto personalmente e accompagnato nell'appartamento. Nuovissimo, modernissimo e con olte più dotazioni del necessario. Compresi frutta, dolci e acqua di benvenuto. La posizione a 200 metri dal Centro Congressi è impagabile.
