Apartamento iluminado, boa localização, tudo no lugar, com varanda, uma graça.
Houve um problema com uma fechadura e tivemos problemas 3 vezes -- com um portãozinho. Tivemos ajuda da equipe, mas esperávamos que isso tivesse sido resolvido de maneira permanente da primeira vez. Acabamos por deixar o portãozinho aberto, estávamos seguras mas poderia ter sido organizado de outra maneira.

The apartment was on the 6th floor, so luckily there was an elevator we could use. It was clean, it was well furnished, it was comfortable. The fridge had a freezer and ice tray.
The area the apartment was located in was very close to (easy to walk to) 3 large grocery stores, and multiple restaurants. The area felt quite safe. It was a 30 minute walk to the historic center. We walked everywhere but could have taken a bus had we wanted to.
As is everywhere in Italy you must be careful when using multiple devices in the house so as not to set off the breakers.
People complained about hearing noise. The elevator in the hall is not very noisy, but you do hear the doors open and close. You also hear people coming and going but we were not bothered by it all. (And it definitely did not wake us up)

We enjoyed the stay. The apartment is spacious, recently renovated, clean and the location is quite convenient.
While there is nothing to complain about from the apartment or the hosts, there was a mandatory tourist fee which was not included in the booking.com price and came on top. This is not in the hosts' control but would be great to have this extra fee somehow called out before one books the stay. Depending on booking platform this may or may not be included in the offered price and may come as surprise. At the end, it makes a cost difference.
