About this apartment rental
The apartment, elegantly furnished in a modern style and equipped with all comforts, is composed of a living room with a large kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a large balcony with a loggia and a special underground garage located inside the condominium. Equipped with large windows, it is characterized by its natural daylight brightness and the lighting system consisting of modern LED lighting fixtures that can also be color-coded.
Just 600 meters from the Bologna fair, about 20 minutes walk from the center of Bologna and 15 minutes from the Central Station, the apartment is located in a strategic position for those who want to visit Bologna and for those who need to go to the fair with ease . Located within a large pedestrian area of recent construction, it is located in a district characterized by all kinds of commercial services (shops, restaurants, bars, etc.) and public transport (buses and taxis). Also nearby are the offices of the Emilia Romagna Region and the Unipol business center.
Easy to reach the apartment by car as it is not far from the exits / entrances of the bypass (exits 7 and 7bis) and the motorway (A1, A13 and A14).
Being located on the second floor of a condominium, access is allowed through the common entrance from where you can use both the stairs and the elevator. Garage available, accessible from the outside through a dedicated private lane and from the inside by stairs and elevator.
The pedestrian cycle area inside which the apartment and the surrounding gardens are located, allow pleasant walks and also give the most sportsmen the possibility to practice pleasant training sessions.

Our stay at Paulo's beautiful apartment could not have been better. He was very accommodating and met all of our needs. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment itself had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen after having stayed in several hotels with no way to make coffee or refrigerate our food. We will definitely be contacting Paulo if we visit Bologna in the future.

Lovely little apartment within walking distance from train and old town. Clean and with the facilities that met our needs. Paolo was extremely helpful in all aspects. Made us feel welcome.

Paolo's apartment was a wonderful place to go at the end of the day; I never had to wear headphones to go to sleep (unlike previous years at Bologna hotels in the Center). Because my trip was for the Fiera, it was incredibly convenient. LESS than a five minute walk. And I didn't mind the 30-40 minute walk into town for dinners. Burn off that pasta!! The walk to and from the Center is through quiet, residential streets (lined with blooming trees in late March). A supermarket is across the street. A few very minor things to note: the window sill in the bathroom has been damaged by water and should be replaced. (It's covered by a window blind now to prevent further damage.) A microwave and a coffee maker would be great additions.
Paolo is a gentleman. He met me as the taxi dropped me off to escort me to the apartment and get me oriented. And he answered small questions I had during the trip. One thing I'd suggest is that visitors ask him in advance the name of a taxi service and how to call/reserve a ride. Very helpful in getting me BACK to the airport, but I might have taken a few trips during the week if I'd thought to ask. Overall a great stay, and I very much hope to reserve it for the same time next year!!
