Aku-Chic Newly furbished condo Jungle pool

Great location a little north of Akumal. The balcony with its jungle foliage and tropical birds every morning. The jungle pool with coatis visiting. The aesthetic feel of the property. The Sirenis complex community is lovely for walks (just don’t try to go to Sirenis hotel for coffee or meals).

Plumbing issues, including a sewer gas odor in the front bathroom, hot water lacking in the kitchen sink and issues with shower heads (the shower heads were promptly fixed by our concierge). Also, many of the suggestions for where to eat & what to do are dated. The Puerto Aventuras restaurant property won’t let non-residents in to enjoy the restaurants (without obtaining a reservation & QR code). The lagoon and cenote on the property are closed or don’t seem to exist. Turning to the left & walking to a more private part of X-Pu-Ha beach doesn’t work very well as we are ordered off private beaches when we did that (X-Pu-Ha is wonderful but stay in the area where you enter).

Mon logement préféré de mon road trip Yucatan. Hôte sympathique et très réactif. Jolie logement bien situé, très confortable. Le lave linge séchant le top, Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine

Pas de petit déjeuner mais bon il y a une épicerie à proximité
