Had to leave the property to buy food

The property is clearly a labor of love. It’s laid out well and very pretty both at night and during the day. The groundskeepers are very polite.

It’s much more rustic than we originally expected. The bedding and floor were clean in our dome, but the rest was dirty and there was so many bugs. So so so so many bugs. There was an egg sized spider in our bathroom upon arrival. Bees were making a nest in the bathroom wall. There were ants, some kind of fleas, and mosquitoes everywhere making it really unpleasant as we were getting bit every step outside of the dome. We decided to cut our stay short as a result. I wouldn’t say we would advise someone not to stay here, but they should be aware of the bugs and soak their body in bug spray before stepping outside of the car upon arrival.

Very original. The property is very nice and well maintained. Nice common areas. The tent is really great, and the private bathroom also. Close to Tulum, easy by car and much nicer than Tulum! Close to Akumal to go swimming with the turtles.

I should have booked more nights there…

The domes are very well maintained, and the toilet was very clean. The space is wonderfully maintained, the jungle area is great for relaxing and with a nice kids play area. The location is very nice, close to a village with nice restaurants and cafes for breakfast. Also cenotes nearby and quite close to Tulum.

The place main entrance is awkward, one enters through a building and across a not maintained pool where we have to juggle to avoid falling in the water with the kids. The owners are not anywhere visible, so there's little interaction with staff. But staff keeps things clean and working. Beware of the very dynamic pricing, especially since this is a non-cancelation policy. We booked during the Autumn to travel in March, we paid 140 EUR/night for a dome 2 adults + 2 kids. When we arrive in high-season early March the place was less than half full, the prices in the 2 months before were around 50-60 EUR/night for the same domes. The pricing strategy feels definitely VERY greedy and not according to the chill mood vibes of yoga that the place aims for. So, for this greediness of pricing I don't recommend this place at all.
