La ubicación privilegiada, a tan solo 25 min de Tulum, 30 de Playa del Carmen y 5 min de Akumal, da la oportunidad de explorar las bellezas de la Riviera Maya.
Santamar by Tao se encuentra en Punta Sur muy cerca del pueblo de Akumal. Para llegar a su condo, saldran de la carretera federal a la altura de PUNTA SUR en un camino de tierra que los llevara frente al mar. Les recomendamos rentar un auto o moto para llegar. Las tiendas mas cercanas se encuentran no tan alejanas en el pueblo de Akumal (5 minutos en auto).
Un auto de renta o una moto son mandatorios para esa zona.
Desde la carretera federal, el transporte publico esta disponible (llamado collectivo).

Check-In & Check-Out:
-Check-In Time: Starts at 3:00 pm
-Self Check-In: The key is in a lockbox located by the main door.
-Important: Please return the key to the lockbox after use to avoid loss or accidental locking.
-Check-Out Time: By 11:00 am
-Check-Out Instructions: Kindly leave trash in the garbage cans outside the condo.
Electricity Usage:
Included: 20 kW per day
Excess Usage: 1 USD per additional 5 kW
Important: Please turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo to avoid extra charges and help us save energy.
Garbage Disposal:
Waste disposal containers are conveniently located outside or in the parking garage. If you need any assistance, please just ask us or the local concierge where it is.
Kitchen & Laundry:
Kitchen: Basic utensils and equipment are provided. Please make sure to clean all used items before check-out.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are available. If you have a laundry room inside your building, please contact the concierge to book your time slot.
House Rules:
-Guests: The number of guests must match your reservation. All visitors must be registered at the front desk.
-Dishes: Please wash any used dishes.
-Lights & AC: Turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo or at check-out.
-Prohibited Activities: No illegal activities or misuse of appliances. We kindly ask that you respect the property and avoid any actions that may cause damage or harm.
-Bedding & Towels: Treat linens and towels with care. Extra charges may apply for stains or damage.
-Safety: Your safety is our priority. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the condo. Please ensure all lights and AC are turned off when not in use.
