The space
Escape to our spacious and stunning 2-bedroom condo, perfectly situated between Tulum town and the beach. This modern architectural gem is surrounded by tropical nature and offers all the comforts for an exclusive stay. Enjoy natural light, privacy, and beautiful views from every corner.
• Relax in the private hot tub or take advantage of the amazing pools in the building.
• Free use of 2 bicycles to explore the area for you.
• The condo features a large king-size bed, a comfortable double bed, and a sofa on the mezzanine, accommodating up to 5 guests.
• The living room is next to a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances.
• Fast fiber optic Wi-Fi (100 Mbps) ensures reliable remote working and streaming, while the 55" smart TV offers Netflix and other apps.
• Enjoy full access to the well-equipped gym and yoga place
• Free parking outside the main building.

Access is through the main lobby. After passing the main pool on your left, you will find “Building D” on your left. The apartment is “D-102” on the ground floor. To open the door, enter the numeric code you will receive via the messaging app and press the “#” button.
Other things to note
Kindly note that there is a construction next door, but it's usually not very noisy. You may hear some sound between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays, and from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays, with no work on Sundays.
Please note that there are two exterior security cameras for your safety: one at the main entrance of the apartment and another on the terrace and back entrance.

In general everything was good, the communication with the owner, the place, the environment, the location, the installations.Only I couldnt use the Jacuzzy because it doesnt has hot water and it was some of the motive I chose it. But In general everything was good, overall the attention and cordiality of the Owner.I consider the price is very good in relation to the conditions of installations, location, etc. Thank you, I could return to the same place again,
