Yolanda was very accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable with a/c. She accommodated our travel needs to the airport.
We expected to stay in more of a traditional hotel. Once we realized we were in the right neighborhood, and that it was more of a bed & breakfast, we were very satisfied.

It was spacious - I loved the trolley service around the resort .
I got a rooftop room with a a jacuzzi that took 4 hours to fill up . I had to call maintenance to come fix it twice . Also there are no latches on the door (I put a chair up against the door )
