New luxury studio with plunge pool

The apartments are very luxe, the place is brand new. The main pool was beautiful. The apartment kitchen and lounge was great. Huge comfortable beds and good aircon. The location was good, close to down town, right next to a huge supermarket and banks which was great (there are also taxis there). TV in front of the bed. Overall great value for money. We had two apartments and one had no blinds or curtains at all, which was a bit odd. The security at the complex is pretty lax, there is no gate or anything, so there is only the small door lock to the outside world, it would be good to install an extra dead bolt on the door. There could be more kitchen equipment and basics like oil, salt, bin bags, enough toilet paper and shower gel for the stay etc. which would improve the experience. The apartments weren't cleaned through the 4 day stay but it didn't bother us. They are still finishing some of the other apartments off to sell but there wasn't much noise.

Room is spacious

It’s not clean. The flat sheet and towels had dirty marks. Also, there’s no ventilation and mirror in the bathroom. There’s only house keeping when you stay 7 days or more. The building has so many mosquitoes. Apparently, the management didn’t take proper precautions to prevent them. The google location they sent prior arrival was not correct. It didn’t point out the correct entrance. I had to walk the block around and ask the neighbourhood to find it.
