Wonderfully located in the heart of Tulum, around the corner from the Best Restaurants in town and just off the main avenue to provide a Comfortable and Tranquil Vibe.
Location, Location, Location... Tulum´s Best Location.
Fully equipped with all amenities such as A/C, Hot Water, WiFi, etc.
The perfect place to enjoy the Caribbean sun, and all the activities Tulum has to offer, such as Diving, cenote swimming, snorkeling, kite surfing, culinary delights and much more.
On site Parking Available for Guests.
Because of its great central location, you can grab a taxi from the main road easily. The main street also has "collective" buses that can carry you to neighboring towns, easily and cheaply.
Nicest Location in Tulum, this neighborhood has it all Restaurants, Cafes, Galleries and nice Mexican shops a few steps away.
It sits along side some of the world famous Cenotes such as Dos Ojos, and don´t forget all the birdly wonders of the mangrove ladent Sian Ka'an Biosphere, one of 8 in Mexico.
If you are into Scuba Diving or feel the need to try Cavern and Cave diving you are in the right place, just ask for details. Some of my favorite activities are swimming with the Turtles in Akumal, kayaking through the mangroves in Sian Ka'an, cycling around town, getting a massage or doing Yoga on the beach and attending spiritual ceremonies whether it´d be a shamanic experience or detoxing at a Temazcal.

We loved our stay! The apartment is ideally located in the best area of town. Lots of charming restaurants and shops can be found just steps away. The exterior of the apartment feels like a private oasis, surrounded by lush greenery, and complete with a hammock and lounge chairs. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly — AC, comfortable bed, shower etc. William was an amazing host and accommodated to all Of our needs whenever we contacted him :) HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone visiting Tulum!

Loved loved loved it. Nestled in behind a handsome wall and landscaping - the room and outdoor kitchen are all we ever needed. However, the loan of the bicycles and the genuinely happy to help staff made this a treasure of a spot. Great suggestions of where to cycle to, help with a slow puncture, collecting a large bottle of water for us, allowing our daughter to arrived REALLY early - these guys were so lovely and always cheerful. A total staff asset for any employer. The air-con was wonderful, everything was clean, fresh towels were promptly provided when asked for. NOTHING was too much trouble. If I could, I'd be back in a heartbeat - but it's a big world out there and it's unlikely we'll get back. But we'll remember it fondly, particularly for the great guys and their lovely chat and smiles. Thanks so much.

nice place but lacked a stove, trash was not removed as requested and loud music from 8pm to 1 am. William & Dave were very nice and we could contact them via text.
