駅から歩いて５分程で、近隣にもコンビニが沢山あり、とにかくロケーションが良かったです。 すぐ横に通天閣もあるため、ご飯屋も沢山ありました。

家の鍵がサビすぎてて施錠/解錠作業に毎回5分はかかること。要改善。 全体的に清潔ですが、所々カビ、リビングは少しすっぱり匂いがします。でもそこまで気にならないです。

L'équipe très réactive par message à accepter que nous puissions rentrer légèrement en avance dans l'appartement. Il était très confortable et le fait qu'il y ai un couchage séparée des autres était un vrai luxe ! La machine à laver et la salle de bain était très bien.

The host was very kind. When I initially booked the room, I saw photos of a kotatsu and messaged the host to see if it would be available for use during my stay in late March. The host responded that it's usually only out for wintertime but they will make it available for my stay and it was there as promised. I liked that there were different beds - two western style and a tatami room with futon. The couch in the living room is also comfortable, so all three of us got to pick our favorite beds. The location was also convenient since it was about a 9-minute walk from two different train stations and also a Mega Don Quijote, Daiso, and Shinsekai which is a really fun night market experience with tons of food! Easy to get to USJ and the train commute to Kyoto is only about 1.5 hours so it was a nice base. Very spacious and it felt like we were at home. This was the only house we rented out; the other spaces were hotels and quite a bit smaller so it was really nice to have a big space for 5 days! The 2 big trash cans (1 for recycle, 1 for other trash) was large enough for our 5-night stay.

To be completely honest, it was hard to be 100% comfortable. There were multiple signs throughout the house saying things like "please don't open" or "if the toilet gets clogged, we will charge a repair fee" and I completely understand why the signs need to be there, but we constantly felt extra cautious and were worried if anything suddenly stopped working even if it wasn't our fault. When we came, we read through the house rulebook and did an inspection of everything to make sure it worked so we can report if something was not working or damaged. We found that the lock on the living room door was installed off-center so there was only 1 key lock for the entire house which made us feel a little unsafe. bathroom light would not come on every time (the fan and light was supposed to come on together when we pressed the switch but only the fan came on every time), maybe after 5-7 tries the bathroom light would come on along with the fan, so it was a bit inconvenient sometimes. We messaged the host and they responded quickly apologized and acknowledged our report (I'm sure they fixed it for the next guest). We have always been very respectful of spaces that we borrow/rent and try to leave everything even cleaner than when we first arrived. We were careful and only used the washing machine twice to conserve water and electricity as much as possible, and turned off all unused lights to avoid getting any extra surprise fees. The other big thing was the stairs were quite steep and my mother has arthritis in her knee so it was very hard for her to go up and down the stairs (the stairs are steep and creaky and we had to be quiet to be considerate of the neighbors) so she had to sleep on the living room couch since only that floor has a restroom. I think as long as you are generally careful and respectful of the space, everything will be fine. Regardless of everything, it was comfortable and I would stay here again.
