About this house rental
Great furnishings, garden, tiled stove, internet access—relax and unwind!
A cozy and very tastefully furnished vacation home awaits you, featuring 4 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people (including one bedroom with two single beds, each only 1.90 m long!).
The 117 m² “Auszeit” vacation home, spread over 2 floors, is located at 22 Gollendorf.
It is bright and modernly furnished and offers free internet access (Wi-Fi) provided by a third-party provider.
The detached house features a living room with a cozy dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, each sleeping two people (one of which has two single beds, each only 1.90 meters long!), a bathroom with a shower in the bathtub on the first floor, and a bathroom with a shower on the upper floor.
When furnishing the house, care was taken to combine a modern aesthetic with a lovingly restored ambiance—a goal that was achieved very successfully.
The living room is both cozy and tastefully furnished. It features a TV, a mini stereo system, and a DVD player. A tiled stove in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere in every season. You’ll need to bring your own seasoned firewood and kindling if needed, though these can also be purchased at a hardware store on Fehmarn.
The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking together.
It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. There is enough dishware and silverware for everyone (please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc. Two dishwasher tabs are provided).
On the first floor, in addition to the living and kitchen areas, there is a bathroom with a shower in the bathtub. One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay. There is also a bedroom with two single beds (each 90x190 cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm).
The attic features two additional bedrooms: one with two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and one with a double bed (180x200 cm). This floor also includes a modern bathroom with a shower.
Each of the two bedrooms with a double bed has an additional TV. For our younger guests, a travel crib with a mattress and a high chair are available.
Outside the house is a small fenced-in garden with a bike shed, which is also ideal for storing surfing equipment. The garden, complete with patio furniture, a beach chair, and a grill, is perfect for sunny afternoons and cozy evenings.
Care has also been taken in the garden to preserve the romantic charm of the Baltic Sea. Here, both people and pets can enjoy themselves freely.
The basement, which is accessible from both the interior and the garden, features a washing machine and an additional room for storing items such as sports equipment.
A clothes drying rack is also available for your use.

Our on-site staff are always happy to assist you.
You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries regarding this by email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during peak season: During peak season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and precede the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.
Additional fees: Agency fee.
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy charge may apply. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
