There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

It had everything we needed! Perfect rooms and a fully equipped kitchen! Impeccable interior
Its entrance! But it is not of great importance as what we value is its interior and the cosy spaces.

Very clean, nice and beautiful flat with full facilities also for kids😍. It’s a bit far from the Eiffel Tower, but overall a lovely place to stay.
