The terrace was spectacular, tastefully furnished
There was a slight smell in both bathrooms, smelt damp, sometimes it was there and others you couldn’t smell it, presume it’s because it is an old building, still a stunning apartment

Бяхме със семейството си и две кученца 4 дни . Бланка е мила , млада жена , посрещна ни лично , а комуникацията с нея беше перфекна . Мезонета е страхотен с всички удобства , а от терасата гледката беше страхотна . Има локално парно както и климатици . Напълно оборудвана кухня . Съвсем близо има голям платен подземен паркинг . Ако отново сме в Мадрид , бихме наели същото жилище .
Единствената забележка е , че в тоалетните доста мирише на обратни води ат сифоните и по тази причина се наложи аспирацията да работи денонощно

La terrasse superbe. Le quartier calme et sécurisant. Il y’a un ascenseur. Chaque chambre a sa douche et ses toilettes. Blanca super sympa et très arrangeante merci pour tout.
L’emplacement est super avec les enfants, une aire de jeux et terrain de jeux sont juste en bas. Supermarché et restaurants à côté, shopping à Cuatro Caminos ou côté Castellana les deux à 10minutes à pied. Nous sommes très contents.
Peut-être le prix par rapport à d’autres appartement dans le quartier. Mais nous avons passé un très bon moment.

The location is in a convenient for metro stations, has a great cafe on the ground floor of the apartment, easy walk to supermarkets (at least 3 nearby) and was quite. Balcony is clearly the selling point but not much use in December/January
The property owner overstates the apartment real quality with two tiny bathrooms (barely squeeze in shower and toilet right up again a vanity and shower). Fixtures and fittings needing repair (door doesn’t shut properly on bathroom etc) and the 2nd bedroom in winter is freezing as windows are not double
Glazed and have cracks allowing airflow. The bathrooms had a bad smell that when instructed by owner with a DIY solution to use (stored under sink) made no difference.
