Premier house

Great location, clean, warm, modern and little welcome touches like the trick or treat bowl, bottles of water in the room, a fridge in the room and porridge pots and nature bars just lovely little touches that made us feel taken care of and contactless check in and out streamlined the whole process.

Nothing it was great

Beautifully presented room. Very comfortable and cosy. Everything supplied for a perfect stay.

The property is very clean and well decorated. They supplied a parking permit and we were able to park outside the property for the length of our stay. The room was comfortable and well fitted out and the heating was on if you needed it.

There was nothing to dislike, everything was fine. We had stayed there before and we will be going back.

We had a truly classy stay at Premier, with an immaculate room that showed real attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, the front‑of‑hotel presentation filled us with confidence that the accommodation would be of a high standard, and we weren’t disappointed. We arrived earlier than expected and contacted the host to ask if we could collect the car‑parking voucher before the official check‑in time; this was no problem at all, and we were delighted to find our room was already available. The experience felt five‑star, from the bed and linen to the cleanliness and décor, all looking freshly prepared. Our room had a large window overlooking a quiet courtyard garden, along with a thoughtful selection of toiletries and a small fridge. The ensuite was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated with lovely touches. The location was excellent and peaceful, making it ideal for exploring Whitby. We would, without hesitation, look to book this accommodation again on our next visit.
