My stay at this establishment was exceptional in every way. The bedding offered absolute comfort for restful nights of sleep, while the impeccable cleanliness of the establishment created a welcoming atmosphere. Ideally located in the heart of the city center, I was able to easily enjoy the main attractions. The warm welcome and local recommendations from the staff enriched my experience. In summary, between the comfortable bedding, the impeccable cleanliness, the central location, and the attentive hospitality, my stay was memorable and very enjoyable.

Un excellent souvenir !

Le cadre est magnifique, tout est fait pour se sentir dans un écrin. Les hôtes sont adorables et on sent la passion de leur activité. La déco est raffinée. Tout est fait pour faciliter la vie et on est libre dans nos allées et venues. Propreté irréprochable !

Tout était parfait mais il s'agit d'une maison qui limite un peu l'intimité. Les espaces sont bien séparés et au final il n'y a pas grand bruit, mais le passage dans l'escalier ne peut pas passer inaperçu. C'est le charme de l'hôtel. Après je n'ai aucunement été dérangée par le bruit des autres chambres...on a juste l'impression peut-être qu'on va tout entendre et qu'on va vous entendre.

La seule note positive dans ce désastre est l emplacement

Tout: “hote” a peine agréable; coûts additionnels charges par l hôte non mentionnés dans Booking et non justifiés; description de Booking très loin de la réalité, chambre sous les toits très chaude, “vue sur le jardin” etait en réalité vue sur l immeuble voisin par un vasistas; lit très peu comfortable; ce n est pas une maison d hôte mais un hôtel déguisé (toute la maison a été transformée en chambres et la pièce pour servir le petit déjeuner a été emménagée dans l entrée. Booking devrait vérifier que les avis sur son site sont réels! Je réserve systématiquement des chambres d hôte et connais très bien ce type d établissement et les services offerts. Hôtel Vendome est à éviter.

Accueil à revoir

L’hôtel est central et bien placé. En revanche, l’accueil laisse grandement à désirer. Nous avons attendu 15min dans le hall de l’hôtel car le gérant n’entendait ni la sonnette de l’entrée ni nos appels répétés et alors même que nous avions prévenu par téléphone 30min avant de notre arrivée. Nous avons réservé via Booking une chambre avec trois lits (1 lit double et 2 lits simples) pour 95€. 115€ nous ont été facturés sur place au prétexte que nous avions utilisé le second lit simple ce qui occasionne un surcoût de 20€ (les 95€ étant pour l’usage du lit double et d’un lit simple seulement). Or, le site de Booking incluait bien l’usage de 3 lits dans la réservation de 95€ (preuve en Pj) sans autre information. Par ailleurs, les 115€ ont été prélevés par carte bancaire le soir de notre arrivée avant que nous ayons pu accéder à la chambre et donc avant même de savoir quel usage nous ferions des lits. Et le gérant ne nous a jamais demandé à ce moment-là quels lits nous allions utiliser et qu’auquel cas cela générerait un surcoût. Nous avons contacté ce dernier quelques jours après avoir réalisé la différence de tarif et il n’a proposé aucun geste commercial.

Salle de bain exiguë. Toilette trop proche du mur difficile de s'asseoir etc... . Un détecteur de présence qui commande la lumière et un extracteur d'humidité qui fait un boucan infernal pendant moins de deux minutes. La lumière s'éteint et si vous êtes sous la douche, il vous faudra pas moins de trois sorties de votre tête pour la rallumer. Plutôt sportif vu l'etroitesse des lieux !!? Aucune insonorisation de la porte De la chambre. On entend tous les bruits. On a payé 4 euros par vélo pour un appentis non sécurisé alors que le propriétaire nous a affirmé le contraire. Sur le site il n'est écrit nulle part que le "parking sécurisé" est payant ! La réalité ne correspond pas aux affabulations du propriétaire.

Richtig super leckeres Frühstück, top Lage zum Laufen in die Innenstadt von Tours, entspannter Innenhof mit Stühlen und Tischen, super netter Gastgeber, der uns mit dem Fahrradträger in die Tiefgarage gelotst hat, sehr nett und sehr lustig war. Danke für zwei tolle Tage in Tours!

L étroitesse de la SdB WC, pas de prises de courant en tête de lit (pour un appareil respiratoire), pas de table de nuit, lit très étroit. L ensemble est vieillot. Le petit déjeuner très succinct, pain de la veille grillé, et relativement cher.

La casa está a medio reformar . Tienes que subir el equipaje a mano por unas escaleras muy estrechas y bastante deterioradas. La habitación tiene un tamaño correcto para 4 personas, pero apenas tiene enchufes. El baño es pequeño, no tienes ni donde dejar el neceser, el telefonillo de la ducha no se puede colgar, así que te tienes que lavar el pelo con el telefonillo en la mano .
