The property is renovated, spacious with a lot of light. All in all, beautiful apartment. A lot of shops nearby.
There is no elevator and the apartment is on the fifth floor. Air Conditioning was not working properly so it was very warm. Neighbours told us that elevator is not working for years, although owner told us that it has been only few days.

Great, nicely furnished apartment, central location
Apartment was not properly cleaned and prepared. There was garbage in the kitchen bin and used bedding on the beds. The clean bedding was in a closet, but we did not find all the necessary pieces.
The host was not responsive. We complained about the above on the the arrival, but the bedding issue was resolved only for the third night of our stay.
The apartment is on the 6th floor without elevator. Hauling luggage was a challenge.
Some of the equipment was missing: no shampoo, not tea kettle or coffee maker

The flat is specious, modern, clean and the location is excelent - close to both downtown and the Sava Temple, but still in a side street which provides intimacy. Kitchen has all what you would expect and a dedicated dinning area. It has 2 bedrooms + a living room with a sofa bad - can lodgge 4-5 people (in 3 beds). The bathroom was modern, has a inclosed shower and a washing machine. Living room windows and a balcony look towards the downtown and provide a city skyline view.
For us - no issues worth mentionig.
