What a wonderful home away from home! This spacious, beautifully comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom freestanding house sits on a huge erf and offers an abundance of space to relax and unwind. We loved the variety of cosy lounge areas, allowing you to follow the sunshine throughout the day, and the large outdoor patio and braai area was a real highlight — perfect for long, lazy afternoons and relaxed evenings. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, making it easy to settle in and feel completely at home. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to town and nearby shops within comfortable walking distance.

Advertised as wheelchair friendly, yet multiple steps leading into the property, combined with gravel-like stones prohibits wheelchair mobility outdoors

Amazing find with an amazing garden. The house feels like a Mexican-style desert house and perfectly fits into the Karoo landscape. Loved it.

Bed mattresses need an upgrade. Braai facilities can be better. The problem with a braai drum is you can't lower the braai grid because the handle bumps against the side of the drum. So you only have one height setting. This can easily be fixed by just cutting a slit into the side of the drum. Minor issue - we made it work regardless.

A lovely quiet location with views to the mountains. Elize was a great hostess and it was lovely to meet her. The house was comfortable and we felt very much at home.

Old Karoo farm house look. It was freezing, but the water was hot and they gave us firewood for the fireplace. Elise was great, she came to check on us when she heard our child was sick.

The decor and bedding needs upgrading. The toilet was blocked.
