Encantadora l'amfitriona, que va facilitar al màxim tot el procés. Bon lloc amb pàrquing molt fàcil al costat i que pot servir de punt de partida per excursions a les muntanyes de Rila. Supermercats, cafeteries i restaurant en menys de 100 metres al voltant. Molt recomanable la pizzería Florentsia.
El preu en general és alt comparat amb el nivell de vida, però passa en tots els de la zona de booking. L'edifici és molt antic, però es troba a la planta baixa, molt fàcil d'entrar i sortir
