I originally chose this hotel because it had a spa, hoping to relax before our flight, but it turned out that the spa area is paid separately. That was a bit disappointing, as I either missed this information or it wasn’t clearly stated on Booking. The cost is around €150 for two people for 1.5 hours.
The room itself was excellent — very spacious, with a large comfortable bed, and fully matching the photos. We really enjoyed the room.
Breakfast was very good by Rome standards: not just coffee and a croissant, but a proper, filling breakfast that gives you enough energy to go explore the city. We were very satisfied with it.
Overall, if it weren’t for the paid spa, I would confidently give this hotel a 10/10.
The spa area is paid separately, which was a bit disappointing.

Loved this hotel! The lighting in the room was great. It was easy to get up without waking up the other person in the room because they had great automatic night lights. The room was spacious, the bathroom was amazing, and the location was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and they were there morning and night.
My only complaint was that the prices of the spa were a little high for my budget, and hoped that the sauna would be included, but otherwise loved everything!

The location is exceptional. Our room was beautiful; a really good size and very well appointed. The fit out of the hotel is absolutely stunning. I love a hotel that lets you open windows, especially when you are looking out onto a view of the streets in Rome.
The breakfast was very good but a little limited in what was offered. Everything that was offered was very nice, but it was just a little limited.

Location was superb. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with modern decor, the room was gorgeous with some high tech furniture and set up perfectly for a couple. Most of the staff were lovely. The breakfast host especially was very nice and efficient and the breakfast food was absolutely delicious.
The rooftop bar was never open at the times it said it would be. The restaurant including bar was closed two of the three days we were there meaning there was no where to lounge with a nightcap after a long day sightseeing. When queried the reception staff on the Sunday night made us feel stupid and didn’t offer any help or to open the upstairs bar. I wouldn’t have booked the hotel if I knew that in essence it was just a bed and breakfast.
