The location is WOWing it is pretty much centre area, The facilities beautiful, the room, very clean and everything well explained from the very beginning

In the shower there was this shampoo which doesn’t aligned with the standards set.

The location is fantastic and you can walk to a lot of places . the host was very attentive throughout our stay, the room was nice as well.

The bidet was uncomfortable as its really shallow and because some maintenance was being done, we were asked not to use the shower on our last day. It was a bit inconvenient.

Location was great for sightseeing

I didn’t enjoy being woken up every few hours. The hotel shares a street with restaurants and there is a supermarket next door. We were woken up consistently throughout the night for four nights. The supermarket received deliveries at precisely 0615 every morning. The supermarket staff made no attempt to be quiet nor was there any consideration for hotel guests. Pallets were thrown on the floor, cardboard boxes were flattened and bottles were occasionally smashed. As such, we were exhausted every day. I appreciate that the hotel can do nothing about this, however hotel guests must be made aware of this during the booking process. Prospective guests must be told that there will be significant noise in the early hours should their room be at the front of the building.
