Very well presented and ultra clean. Excellent location and the air conditioning was fantastic during a heat wave! Orti and Eric the hosts were very friendly approachable and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience.

The location is fantastic! The rooms were super comfortable. A/C was a blessing on a very hot week in Rome. We would often grab fruit from the reception area in the mornings. Perfect little assortment to choose from. It was quiet. We arrived in the morning and one of our two rooms was already available which was a huge help to get ready for our day of sightseeing. The staff were very accommodating.

Location was perfect also even it is around spanish steps room was really quite also really a good room.
No elevator but staff helped us luggages so no problem
