Very convenient, comfortable accomodation. However there is no lift. There are a lot of stairs. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and he carried all the suitcases for us. But we had to check out early to catch a flight, we had to carry all suitcases down the stairs.

WiFi worked well. Apartment was roomy for 3 people. Very comfortable! Erik was a great communicator and helpful with our bags. Easy to get to food and shopping!
We had family in the main building so it was a little bit of a walk to get to them. Steep stairs were tough.

Spotless room. Cleaned everyday. Towels changed everyday. Enough space to be comfortable. You are provided with a key of both your room and the outside door so you are free to come and go as you please since reception is available 9am to 6.30pm. They are very communicative on the chat at all times. Good quality coffee machine. Good sized wardrobe and safe available in the room as well. Mini bar full and cools effectively. They held the luggage for us until check in time so that we could go around in the meantime without having to carry it with us and then they put it in our room themselves. They also held the luggage for us on the last day till after check out. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
There is nothing to complain about at Les Fleurs. Few things to know about (you are advised beforehand when you book) are that you have to think about your own breakfast and that the property doesn't have a lift.
