A nice apartment for a pass through stay and bicycle friendly.

A good apartment in a easy to find location. The host Daniel was an excellent communicator and made check in / check out super easy. We were able to store our bicycles in the basement. The kitchenette has everything we needed to cook our own meal and the supermarket was just a short walk over the bridge. The smart TV was nice to have as the weather was poor and we stayed in for an early night.

The apartment is a lot smaller than the photos made it appear.

Tutto bene!! Un piccolo mini appartamento con tutto quello che occorre per un soggiorno senza problemi !

Di fatto la Stanza è un piccolo monolocale dotato di tutto quello che serve cosi da non dover essere costretti a rivolgersi a strutture esterne. C’è un angolo cottura con 2 fornelli a induzione il lavandino e tutto quello che serve per una piccola cucina. Nel bagno c’è la lavatrice .. insomma un mini appartamento dotato di un po’ di tutto.

La totale mancanza di un contatto umano diretto. Si fa tutto tramite Internet / Whatsapp anche se devo dire che le risposte a qualsiasi tipo di domanda arrivano sempre in modo molto rapido. Un’altra cosa che mi è sembrata eccessiva è stata quella di pagare lo spostamento di 3 ore del check-out.

Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge vor der Tür. Neue Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Preis/Leistung passt nicht. Abtreter vor der Wohnungstür ist vollkommen verdreckt sodass ich nicht mal mit Schuhen darauf treten möchte. Die Reinigung der Wohnung generell lässt viele Wünsche offen. Der Hauseingang/das Haus ist auch nicht der schönste Anblick. Wir fühlten uns nicht sicher. Das Schloss an der Wohnungstür machte dies auch nicht besser weil eine der 4 Befestigungsschrauben schon fehlen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist auf eine Person ausgelegt. Keine Toilettenpapier aufzufinden. Mussten am abend noch schnell welches kaufen gehen!

De locatie is fijn. Direct bij het drielandenpunt en niet midden in de drukte, ideaal!

de hygiëne was er niet. ik had gevraagd om eerder te kunnen inchecken, dit kon tegen betaling, hier niet voor gekozen. echter bij aankomst, wat pas na 17 uur kan, was alles nog vies en konden we zelf eerst nog met de dweil en doek er doorheen en waar we nog hondenbotten van de vorige huurders tegenkwamen. veel stof en schimmel in het appartement wat het verblijf niet fijn maakte. wc bril die kapot is en een bed die onstabiel is. en voor 3 nachten slechts 1 handdoek p.p. en een handdoek bij de douche die al doorweekt is voordat we hem gebruikt hebben. Aangezien we 'last minute' geen andere verblijf meer konden vinden zijn we gebleven.. als we iets anders hadden kunnen vinden dan waren we gegaan. De eigenaar gaf aan dat hij nieuw schoonmaak personeel heeft en dit met hun gaat oppakken. tevens is parkeren bij het appartement rampzalig! de prive plekken die gratis zouden zijn, zijn voortdurend bezet. helaas heeft dit appartement voor ons niet goed uitgepakt. we waren er slechts 3 dagen in verband met een doorreis en daar waren we in dit geval ook blij om.
