Ladomar Matriz

A nossa estadia foi excecional. A Dora é super prestável o que facilitou imenso a nossa viagem. Conseguimos deixar a bagagem no alojamento e adiar um pouco check-out.

The property has as amazing view over the Pico island in the back with 2 amazing rooms on the opposite side. Very spacious with high ceilings. It is very central with just a few minutes walk from any relevant services and stores. We rented a car, but barely used it, in part, because of the distance to everything, but also because we rented some ebicycles from a place called Hopsin and we used them to go everywhere. The hosts let us use a passage way to keep the bicycles where they could also be easily charged. Our kid wouldn't let us go on the car anywhere anymore, even in the rain we had to use the bicycle. To get in two digital locks with key cards inside. Very easy to use. There was an issue with the light, a switch that had flipped, but the hosts were very quick and helpful.

We booked this with great advancement so there was plenty of time to warn us about construction work and maintenance on the other two floors, above and below. Also the building on one of the sides was being renovated. At any point, between Monday and Saturday we had always someone drilling or banging whenever we were at home. It was really hard to put our child down for her nap sometimes, while praying they wouldn't wake up after falling asleep.

Great location, lots of room, clean and very comfortable! We enjoyed the patio with view of Pico.
