About this house rental

Close to a water park, scuba diving, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 30-minute drive to Mount Pico or the 31-minute drive to São João Forest Reserve (and enjoy the property's convenient covered onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a living room, a dining area, a sofa bed, and a BBQ grill. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Great views and good mid island location. House had all amenities needed. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the food, wine and friendly Puco people. Good memories had by all.

We had a fantastic stay at Pike Cliffs. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily get to Lajes for whale watching and the whaling museum, Madelena for the nearby vineyards (and best grocery store), and, of course to Mt. Pico, which my oldest daughter climbed. The terrain is unique and varied across the island, unlike anything we’d ever seen before. The view from Pike Cliffs was stunning, we never tired of looking over the fields and cows to the ocean. Check out the photos and you will see what I mean. Highly recommend the coastal park leading to Baia das Canas which is near to the house and C Bistro in Sao Roque which was the best restaurant we tried (especially if you like cats!) Francisco was very responsive and with three bedrooms and two full baths we had plenty of room so everyone had their own space. Highly recommend.
