Overall, we had a good stay. The apartment was as expected, in an excellent location, with plenty of space and a lovely aesthetic. We really appreciated the earlier check-in the hosts arranged, which made a big difference for us.
There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The chairs and sofas could have been cleaner, and we found the hosts weren’t always the most accommodating. For example, when we asked for a few extra towels, we were told there would be an additional charge for each one.
That said, the early check-in was very helpful and made our arrival much smoother.
