About this villa rental

Located in Cannes, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all. There's convenient covered onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 13-minute walk to Promenade de la Croisette or the 15-minute walk to Palace of Festivals and Conferences. If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at Cannes Station, a short 10-minute walk away.

Once you get back to this 1722-sq-ft villa, you can enjoy your surroundings with the pool and outdoor pool. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

For your convenience, there's a dishwasher and a coffee maker. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. And because there's a washer and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, air conditioning, and heating.

Catherine and Fabrice's lovely home is even better than the photos. The house was very clean and well appointed with nearly any amenity you could need (from a lovely fruit basket, water and snacks, to slippers and robes and plenty of towels). The air conditioning thankfully also worked very well! Fabrice was very communicative and helpful for anything we needed (including helping us to order a taxi for our flight home). The walk to the beach was about 20 minutes through a lovely neighborhood, though it was often difficult to leave the lovely pool. Heavenly stay, would definitely choose to stay here again.
