About this villa rental
Welcome to this stunning modern villa near the beaches, located in a very quiet, secluded setting
In the picturesque village of Murviel-les-Montpellier, just a few minutes’ drive away, you’ll find cafés, restaurants, bars, and a bakery, and supermarkets (Lidl, Spar) are just 7 minutes away…
I hope this sunny home will be a little haven of peace for you.
The airport, train stations, and downtown Montpellier and Frontignan are all less than 20 minutes away. For those without a car, there’s the regional train, buses, and bicycles.
Accommodations
The house is laid out as follows:
ENTRANCE
- You can park up to 4 cars.
SINGLE-STORY HOUSE
- Entrance with a storage area
- A large, bright living room with a sofa area and TV. An open-concept kitchen (refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher...), with a table surrounded by chairs and stools around the island.
A hallway leading to the 3 bedrooms, including one suite, a half-bath, and a full bathroom
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed.
- A suite with a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet, an office area with direct access to the hot tub and the terrace
- A half-bath
- A bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks
GARDEN in two sections
- An outdoor area of 700 m²
Section 1
- A terrace furnished with outdoor seating and a fire pit for dining in the shade, plus a barbecue with all the necessary utensils.
- A 7×4-meter private pool protected by a sliding cover that allows for easy opening and closing
- A private heated hot tub
- Two lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, a swing, a second set of patio furniture with coffee tables, a trampoline, a children’s table with an umbrella, a slide, bikes, toy cars… for children.
Part 2
-a vegetable garden, a bench, a playground (slide, swing, games…)
- a chicken coop (access will be required to feed the chickens; details to be arranged)
LINEN AND BASIC SUPPLIES
You will find linens and basic supplies in the apartment upon your arrival.
Regarding linens:
- Beds will be made according to the number of people indicated on the reservation
- 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth per person per stay (if you’d like more, please bring your own)
- 2 kitchen towels, 1 bath mat for each bathroom
Regarding basic supplies:
- toilet paper
- shower gel
- dish soap & sponge
- a few tea bags, coffee, and sugar are provided to get you started
- dishwasher tablets
- some cleaning supplies
The house has reversible air conditioning
All windows and picture windows are equipped with electric roller shutters and mosquito screens
Please note that we do our best to ensure the safety of our guests in accordance with Airbnb’s cleaning protocol by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, furniture handles, remote controls, etc.) before your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Guests are provided with only one set of keys for their stay; it is not possible to receive additional sets.
- The house is smoke-free; the use of hookahs and other synthetic tobacco products is prohibited.
- We do not accept minors unaccompanied by their parents.
- A crib, a baby bathtub, and children’s cutlery are available on site.

Regarding public transportation, the bus stop for line 42 (Clos des Pins) is across from the housing development. From there, you can reach the tram in 10 minutes.

Distance to the beaches: Palavas-Les Flôts (20 km, 20 min), Les Aresquiers (21 km, 20 min).

The villa is located in a truly special and peaceful setting! Very peaceful! I ask that you respect the surroundings and keep the noise down out of consideration for my neighbors, with whom I have a good relationship!

Catherine and Fabrice's lovely home is even better than the photos. The house was very clean and well appointed with nearly any amenity you could need (from a lovely fruit basket, water and snacks, to slippers and robes and plenty of towels). The air conditioning thankfully also worked very well! Fabrice was very communicative and helpful for anything we needed (including helping us to order a taxi for our flight home). The walk to the beach was about 20 minutes through a lovely neighborhood, though it was often difficult to leave the lovely pool. Heavenly stay, would definitely choose to stay here again.
