The location is great and the apartment is quiet. There is AC in every room. The kitchen is small, but has everything. There is a supermarket within walking distance. The host offered a parking pass which is lifesaving in this busy area.
The apartment is clean and renovated. The washing machine works well. TVs work well.
The beach is close and nice.
Garbage disposal is a bit inconvenient. You have to walk a few blocks.

Great apartment in the center of Cannes, right next to the shopping streets and walking area, beach 5 min walking. Clean and quiet.
Windows are on the cealing so there is no view from the apartment and there are no storage closets for your clothes.

The location is excellent. The hosts are very responsive and nearby. It was easy to get the keys which is important. Overall it was clean.
For the price the living space is very small and poor value. The mini kitchen is functional and has everything needed but there is only a tiny spot to it at to eat- not optimal for 2 people who are business colleagues. The beds are almost on the floor and there isn't really a closet or drawers to put clothings in- the experience reminded me of student living.
