Great design, super public spaces, but we felt an absence of service and attention. Was expecting a room with a view…like the photos but that may have been my error when booking.

Fabulous find of a hotel and would highly recommend. Tucked away behind a gate so nice and quiet. Hotel was beautiful and super comfortable. Check in staff member was really helpful giving a map with restaurant and bar recommendations. The bed was so comfortable and the outdoor patio was really nice. Breakfast is at an additional cost but very good value. Continental style but so much choice and all incredibly fresh and tasty. Honesty bar and cakes and pastries available throughout our stay. If coming back to Lisbon we wouldn’t stay anywhere else and have already recommended to friends.
