Casa Geranio is a beautiful, very well equipped cottage just outside the urbanization Roche/Conil - only a 5 minutes’ drive from the beaches of the bays there and the long sandy beach "Torre del Puerco".
It features 3 bedrooms on 100 sqm of living space, a generous space for up to 6 people. In the nice landscaped garden with lawns and fruit trees garden there is a private pool. The property is completely fenced and offers secure car parking

3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed (150 cm) and one with 2 single beds (0.90 cm ea.)
Very well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils

Living room with comfortable sofas, dining table with chairs, TV with international satellite programs
Air conditioning
In the garden there is a brick barbecue for a relaxed dinner near the covered terrace. Garden chairs and other garden furniture are available.
