Beautiful townhouse located in the El Pinar del Novo residential community, considered one of the most exclusive, peaceful, and pleasant areas on the Cadiz coast. It is 800 meters from La Barrosa Beach, ranked as one of the best in Spain. This community is located within the golf course.
