About this house rental
Vacation home with 3 bedrooms for 6 persons, with private pool and nice garden, free WIFI, quiet, only some 5min driving from the precious beaches of Roche and Conil Casa SOBERANO is quiet and peaceful with its two covered porches, one to south-west to enjoy your sun-downer, the other to the east for to watch the sunrise. The house is fully equipped with:
Rustic andalusian-style American kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, ceran-cooking, oven, washing-machine, coffee-machine, toasters, iron etc.
Two complete bathrooms with shower/bathtub.
Cute living-room with sofa and arm chair, dining-table, TV-set and fireplace.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with built-in cupboards, one master-bedroom with a double-bed and two bedrooms with each two single beds.
The house offers some 150smtrs and in the really nice garden you have a beautiful swimming-pool of 8 x 4 mtrs with deck-chairs on the lawn.
There is also a nice barbecue with outdoor-kitchen in the garden near the pool.
The whole plot is fully protected by fence.
In the vicinity there are some more houses and fields and the pine-forest of Roche, therefore it is quiet.

Impressing Property. The property was very clean all requirements were available. The pool and garden were beautiful.
Just a couple of points that require to be seen too.
a) the kitchen tap on the sink has been plumed in wrong.
b) The TV has a satellite system, but it only shows German channels, as we were leaving I queried this. I was told sorry I forgot to tell you it can be changed. (so new comers aware)
c) In my opinion the towels could do with changing.
The town has everything you require, and very pleasant host.

Wir würden immer wieder in die Casa fahren; es war einfach alles perfekt!
(Inventar;Sauberkeit etc.) und auch sehr sehr nette Vermieter;hatte Handy mit Übersetzungshilfe dabei und vorher immer Bescheid gesagt wann er kommt und was er macht. ; es gibt jetzt auf der Südwest-Terrasse eine Markise (nagelneu). Wenn man ländliches Ambiente mit viel Ruhe mag-( keine Hunde, Hühner und Mopeds etc.) immer
wieder.
Rundum perfekt, einer unseren schönsten Urlaube und wir fahren seit 2005
jedes Jahr nach Conil.

la casa es muy cómoda y amplia y estaba extraordinariamente limpia. El jardín es muy agradable y tiene un porche protegido del levante. Venían periodicamente a limpiar la piscina y cortar el cesped. Totalmente recomendable

Wir lieben Andalusien, Conil und dieses Haus. Das erste Mal waren wir 2016 im "Casa Soberano". Das hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir uns in diesem Jahr direkt wieder für dieses Haus entschieden haben ohne nach anderen Häusern Ausschau zu halten.
Das Haus (sehr gepflegt und sauber) ist sowohl innen als auch außen total schön und bietet genügend Platz für Gruppen (auch mit Kindern) bis zu sechs Personen. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
Sowohl die Abwicklung mit "Casa Conil" als auch mit dem Verwalter vor Ort waren einfach und ungezwungen.
Es war wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit viel Sonne und Entspannung.
