About this house rental
Finca-style Pool-Villa "LA LORIA" for up to 6 persons with subtropical palm garden, with free WiFi, airconditioning and a safe. Surrounded by a beautiful palm garden is the comfortable pool villa LA LORIA with 100sqm living space in finca style for up to 6 people. It is exceptionally well equipped, has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, with a nice terrace in front of the upper main bedroom, large covered porche and large terrace directly by the pool in the subtropical garden. The upper bedroom has an air conditioning hot / cold. There is also a safe. In the garden is a large, private swimming pool measuring 8x4m, as well as barbecue grill. There is also an outside shower, garden and terrace furniture, sun loungers and secure car parking. The holiday house is located about 1.500 m from the nearest bay 'Puntalejos', to the bay 'Cala Aceite' it is about 2 km. The 3 bedrooms have one double bed and the other 2 single beds, plus a cot and a high chair. The large fully equipped modern kitchen includes refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, 4 burner ceramic hob, washing machine. There are 2 bathrooms (including one en-suite to the main bedroom), living room with satellite TV including German and international programs, fireplace. WiFi Internet is provided free of charge. The own solar system ensures hot water. The bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens, so that a pleasant night should be ensured. The pool is maintained from Easter to the end of October. Pets are not allowed.
Roche Viejo is situated between steep cliffs and sandy bays, as well as the large pine forest. The location between pine forest and the sea is quiet. In the beautiful surroundings are several holiday houses. The famous excursion destinations Seville, Gibraltar, Tarifa (Tangier crossing!), Jerez and also the oldest city of Europe, Cadiz, are nearby. The route of the 'white villages' of Andalusia practically begins at the front door. The 'white village by the sea' Conil is about 4 km away. The distance to the next sandy beach is abt. 1,5 KM

Tiene un jardín extraordinario con una piscina estupenda palmeras que dan mucho sombra un césped bien cuidado barbacoa etcétera. Es decir, el exterior de la casa está genial. El interior... No está mal, pero hay detalles que no se entiende. No tenía Fairy y estropajo. Solo tenía un rollo de papel higiénico. Esto me enfado. Llegas del viaje un sábado, cansado y lo que menos me apeteció es ir al supermercado para estas cosas básicas. No son básicas, pero bien podría tener alguna pastilla para el lavavajillas y alguna cápsulas de café. Es fin, detalles que suponen 10€ como mucho y que servirán para otros inquilinos. Por supuesto, son cuestiones menores. La casa está bien y, como digo el jardín extraordinario. Además se encuentra a 30 mn andando y 5 en coche de la Cala del aceite y de Roche

The villa was beautiful and the accommodation was very comfortable and very clean. The main bedroom had air conditioning so was lovely. The outside grounds were good with an amazing pool which the children loved. Deep enough for them to dive and relax. The beach was close but the children struggled in the heat so I would suggest if you have children a car would be essential. I would have no hesitation to recommend this villa and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Wir waren von der schönen Villa La Loria begeistert und dem wunderschönen Garten mit pool. Conil und die umliegenden langen Strände haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und waren uns bei der Anreise behilflich, das Haus zu finden. Ein Schild vor dem Tor mit La Loria wäre hilfreich. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu zweit und haben den Aufenthalt genossen.
Pool wurde 2x die Woche gereinigt,ganz toll!:-)
Wir können La Loria nur weiterempfehlen.
