About this house rental
Modern terraced house with private pool close to the beach Casa Hibisco is a modern townhouse with 3 bedrooms and a private swimming pool. It is located at just a few minutes walking distance from the beaches of La Fontanilla and Fuente del Gallo. As you enter the house you find yourself in the open-plan living-dining area with comfortable sofa, air conditioning and WiFi Internet access. The large kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, dish washer and induction stove. Both the kitchen and the living room have access to the spacious terrace and elongated 10 x 2,5 m pool with lovely wooden decking. To the side of the terrace there is a gorgeous, mature hibiscus tree, who gave the house its name. there is a gas barbecue to enjoy the food of the region. One of the three bedrooms (with 2 single beds and ensuite shower room) can be found on the ground floor. An open wooden staircase (not safe for small children) leads to the first floor. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed (150 cm) and a large ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks and separate shower and toilet. This room has a balcony with nice views of the sea.The second bedroom has an anteroom with a sofabed and a double bed in the room itself. Thanks to the large windows the room is bathed in natural light. A steep staircase leads to the roof terrace with delightful views of the coastline. The other half of this semi-detached house is called Casa Adelfa and has two bedrooms. For a party of 10 you may want to book both houses together and leave the door open which connects the two terraces.

Wir waren zu siebt und haben unseren Urlaub in dem großzügigen Haus verbracht. Klimaanlagen haben einwandfrei funktioniert, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Bad im Obergeschoss großzügig. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, dass Wasser sauber, jedoch hat es manchmal unangenehm gerochen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Casa Hibisco ist ein sehr schönes Haus, groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top gelegen mit schönem Blick von der 1. Etage zum Meer. Fußläufig kommt man auch schnell an den Strand. Der Außenbereich mit dem tollen Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön. 5 Sterne auch für das nette Team von Casa de la Luz. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts einen kleinen "Wermutstropfen zu verzeichnen", der allerdings nichts mit dem schönen Haus zu tun hatte. Das Team hat für uns eine zufriedenstellende Lösung gefunden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir sind jedes Jahr 2x in Conil und waren zum ersten Mal im Haus Hibisco! Nicht nur schön, sauber und nah zum Strand,- auch praktisch durch die Lage in alle Richtungen. Danke auch an das Team von Casa de la Luz. Es hat alles unkompliziert und toll geklappt
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und werden wieder kommen.
