About this house rental
Comfortably furnished villa with private pool in the pine-forest behind the Urb. Roche for 5 persons, with wifi Precious villa with private pool and garden.
On 90sqmtrs you have a bathroom, three bedrooms and a spacious living-room and kitchen. The whole plot has some 700sqmtr and is nicely arranged with the garden, porche, barbecue and the pool of at least 8 x 4 mtrs. The beds a generous with 150 x 190cm for the double and 4 single beds.
To the dream-beaches of Roche it is just 3-4KM = 4-5min by car. In Roche you also have restaurants and a few shops and supermarket. To Conil it is a short 6KM-drive.

The accommodation was very comfortable and the hosts were delightful - fresh figs, eggs and lemons. A great place to relax and unwind and enjoy.

La casa está mejor que en las fotos, limpia y perfectamente equipada. No le falta un detalle. El exterior es maravilloso y con niños es un paraíso, tiene además del terreno que se ve en las fotos, otra parcela con gallinas y frutales, los peques han disfrutado recogiendo huevos! Una tranquilidad y un silencio perfecto para un descanso asegurado️

Casa Bartolo ist ein schönes Ferienhaus, mit einem hübsch angelegten Garten und einem tollen Pool. Die Eignetümer Ani und Bartolo sind supernett. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten ergänzt werden (z.B. ein großes Küchenmesser), aber im Grunde ist alles nötige da. Einziges Manko: es dauert sehr, sehr lange, bis der WC-Spülkasten wieder voll ist. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, nah an Städten und Stränden.
In der Nachbarschaft gibt es ein paar landwirtschaftliche Betriebe, weshalb gelegentlich ein "Stallgeruch" herüber weht. Wie unten schon jemand schrieb, gibt es in der Gegend auch viele Hunde, die nachts bzw. frühmorgens manchmal sehr stark und lange bellen (aus der Ferne hört man auch mehrere Hähne). Mit geschlossenen Fenstern geht das aber problemlos.
Alles in allem haben wir uns im Casa Bartolo sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.
