Casa Anita is an Andalusian-style, well maintained holiday house with private pool in beautiful and tranquil surroundings. You can enjoy your holidays in the private pool area or lying in the semi-shadow of the trees.

3 bedrooms, one with double bed, two with two single beds each, all bedrooms with built-in cupboards.

2 bathrooms, one with tub, the other with shower and washing machine
Open kitchen with ceran-cooking, large fridge, microwave oven and all necessary kitchen utensils

Tiled Pool (abt. 9 x 4 m), in the pool area are sun loungers, from 2022 there is no fence around the pool
The property is totally fenced in, there is enough protected parking spacefor at least 2 cars.

The house is situated in Chinarejo, behind the pine forest of the Urb. Roche. The approx. distance to the next beach is 3500 m. There is a small supermarket in only 300 m and a bar.
The neighbouring holiday house is casa David.

La casa está súper bien, las camas son muy cómodas, con la facilidad de que te dejan sábanas,toallas,paños de cocina.. y todos los utensilios necesarios para usar en la cocina.
Una casa muy cómoda la única pega por decir algo... es que uno de los baños es con bañera y para mi es más cómodo el plato de ducha y que las tuberías de los baños suenan muchísimo. Pero repetiría sin dudarlo.
La forma de reservarlo con la agencia muy cómodo y sencillo y Juan el dueño, muy amable.

This was a dream holiday and one of pure relaxation. The pool was the main attraction and our 2 children (11 and 7) spent most of the time in or beside it. It is very clean and was even cleaned during our stay. The house (casa anita) was spacious and cool - in fact we didn\'t even turn on the air-con as it\'s cool and we had no need despite 36 degree heat outside. The bbq area was put to good use and we all loved that there were always places in the shade to relax and read a book. The owner lives close by so all it takes is a phone call and he will respond to any needs or questions. We loved it and Conil is only a short drive away where we were able to stock up on essentials, go to the beach or go for a walk along the promenade. We will definitely be back.
