The Roche residential community is part of the municipality of Conil de la Frontera, one of the most famous and beautiful white villages on the Costa de la Luz. The fishing port of Conil de la Frontera is just a few minutes’ drive from the Roche residential community. The villa’s property is very well-maintained and covers an area of approximately 830 m². In addition to a saltwater pool, the vacation home features a beautiful garden with a variety of exotic and native plants. Built in the Andalusian style, the villa has a living area of approximately 250 m².

The entrance hall features a staircase and provides access to a bedroom, the kitchen, and the living-dining room. The living room, like much of the house, features underfloor heating and air conditioning. From the large living room, there is direct access to the spacious covered terrace with its saltwater pool and beautifully landscaped garden.

Also on the first floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and built-in closets, as well as a large bathroom. The kitchen, designed in a traditional Andalusian style, is fully equipped and features a serving hatch leading into the living room. Through an additional entrance, there is a large utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as space to hang laundry to dry.
On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms with closets and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. Each bedroom is spacious and features windows as well as a door leading to the covered terrace on the upper floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and built-in closets.

On the top floor is a very large rooftop terrace with views of the sea and the Hercules Castle of Sancti Petri, located in Chiclana de la Frontera. The house also features underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout. The outdoor area includes a saltwater pool, an additional storage room, a poolside bathroom, a private well, several parking spaces, and an automatic irrigation system for the garden.
