About this villa rental
This spacious, five bedroomed house is quietly located on the sixth fairway. The front garden is partly driveway [enough for four cars] with a front garden bordered by oleanders, a jacaranda, pomegranate, palms, a Norfolk pine and other trees.
The front patio [illuminated at night time] is filled with palm trees and succulents with a table and chairs for four.
From the front patio double doors lead to the hall with a staircase to the tower. The lounge dining room leads to the back porch and garden. Three of the bedrooms have double beds with ensuite bathrooms; the fourth and fifth bedroom share a bathroom with walk in rainfall shower. The guest cloakroom also has a rainfall shower.
The house has fibre optic [600mbps] wifi, UK TV [on request] and European TV, gas central heating and all bedrooms and the lounge dining room have airconditioning [ideal for both summer
and winter guests]. The kitchen is fully fitted. There is a washing machine, undercounter freezer and tumble dryer in the utility room. The utility patio is ideal for hanging clothes to dry as an alternative to the tumble dryer.
The pool is 11mx5m and the back garden, with views and gate to the sixth fairway, is mainly lawn with table tennis, badminton and croquet.
The pines and the lemon tree in the back garden are illuminated at night as are the palms in the entrance courtyard.

We had the most fantastic trip. Everything was catered for in the house with plenty of cutlery/crockery and glasses. The seating outside was perfect and really comfortable. Henning the property manager was always on hand to message and met us at the property to show us around/ The house was a great size but overkill for two of us really but with teh size of property was just perfect for the dogs and our general relaxing. The house is located to within 30-45 mins of lots a great towns, like Chiclana, Conil, El Palma and of course Cadiz. Seville is 1.30hr drive away. Would we go back....100%! Thanks to Ian and Henning for making our 2025 holiday one of the best ever!

Ian’s property is fantastic! The location is exceptional, peacefull and close to everything. The property is exactly as described and it has everything you need for a great holiday. The garden is big and the pool is refreshing. All the bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for meals at home. The barbecue with the outstide dining area is a must. The whole family loved our short break and we couldn’t have picked a better property. Thank you Ian and Henning for everything!

A gracious, generous and very helpful host.
The beds are super comfortable and bed linen is good quality.
The house could have some renovation and some of the bathrooms are a little dated - but it is very clean and everything works well.
The garden and pool is charming and is very secluded and quiet.
We would return to the area as it is very charming and a good place to visit Cadiz, Jerez, Seville, Ronda, etc (and close to the beaches).
Great value for money.

Couldn’t have asked for more - comfortable and spacious house, gorgeous garden & pool and a great location! Ian is a fantastic owner who provided a website with all the things to do in the area along with restaurants and both Ian and Henning were great in person/on the phone to answer any questions that popped up! If you want a place to relax with the family and feel you can just arrive to a place where everything you need is there then this is the place for you - we will be back!
