La experiencia de estar flotando, las vistas, la ubicación, terraza, tanto superior como en la planta para desayunar, o tomar algo y posibilidad de pescar desde la terraza o el muelle. La cáma era muy cómoda.
Había poco utensilios de cocina, faltaba el típico trapo de cocina para limpiar la encimera, nos quedamos una semana y había poco jabón y champú y al tercer día se terminó. El acceso a la vivienda es un poco incómodo porque la puerta se abre hacia fuera dificultando la entrada. A nosotros no nos molestaba pero cuando pasaba el barco de tránsito se movía un poco la casa.

Unusual accommodation, had everything you would need. Clean, comfortable, pleasant sitting on lower terrace watching the boats go by or on roof terrace having a drink with friends. Easy to walk to bars & restaurants. .close to Bike do we were visiting. Free parking good.
The bed was difficult to get into if you have mobility problems. We had no hair dryer although it was listed. Because of road closers it was difficult to locate with map. There was a very large crack in the double glazed window when we arrived, although we reported it no one responded.

Nettes Hausboot am Yachtclub von El Puerto de Santa Maria,
Der Fährterminal nach Cadiz ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.
Die Abwässer werden direkt beim Hausboot in den Fluss gleitet und sorgen für Geruchsbelästigung.
Die Klimaanlage ist zu klein dimensioniert.
Bei Außentemperaturen größer 30 Grad wird es im Hausboot trotz voll laufender Klimaanlage sehr warm.
Insbesondere das von der Klimaanlage am weitesten entfernte Schlafzimmer ist kaum zu kühlen.
Generell könnte die Ausstattung etwas gepflegter sein.

Great location - only a few minutes walk to restaurants and ferry terminal. Comfortable bed. Good facilities in shower room and kitchen. Size of the boathouse was ok but only for two people.
Lack of privacy and lots of party noises late into the night. Areas of the boathouse need some attention - curtains and furniture. No sun loungers - only dirty chairs and tables.
