About this villa rental
Superb villa for 8 persons (4 bedrooms), within walking distance to Conil – with private pool and garden and free WiFi This large Andalusian style villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms, two on each floor. From the master-bedroom on the first floor you can enjoy a nice view of the swimming pool; the other bedroom on the first floor has its own furnished south-western terrace.
The living room is also large, with dining-area, 2 sofas, SAT TV with British channels, fireplace.
The high-class open kitchen is fully equipped, including dish-washer and washing-machine.
There are two bathrooms, one with an appealing bathtub.
The covered south-western terrace is preciously furnished.
The nicely formed swimming pool has its own waterfall and is surrounded by a subtropical garden.
There is a nice barbecue with outdoor-kitchen as well as deck-chairs on the lawn.
You enter the plot through an automatic gate; otherwise it is fully protected by a wall.
In the vicinity there are a few more vacation villas, therefore it is rather quiet. The distance to the beaches is just 2 KM and to the centre of Conil with its bars and restaurants only 1.000mtrs = ten minutes walking.

Very clean and beautiful Villa. Especially the outside area with the large Pool. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday.The Kids were happy to play all the time in the pool.But when you travel in August, when the outside temperature is about 32degrees, the nights are really hot and it is not easy to sleep, because there is no air condition. But every sleeping room has a Ventilator, so this helps a little bit. And one little thing:Some of the mattresses could be replaced… But this is only fingerpointing because all in all it was a perfect stay for us.And we would book this Villa again. Thanks to Juan for the easy and comfortable contact.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy buena, el dueño nos ha atendido muy bien, todo ha sido según lo comentado.
Solamente le sugiero que deberían poner algún elemento de vajilla adecuado para el número de personas que pueden pernoctar.

Das Haus war wirklich rundum perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Insgesamt sind wir mit 7 Erwachsenen angereist, das Haus bietet mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ausreichend Platz und ist super ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Garten mit Pool sowie die beiden Terrassen (eine davon mit Grill). Die Entfernung zur Stadt ist auch nicht allzu weit, sodass man abends bequem laufen kann. Nur das erste Stück auf der unbeleuchteten Straße ist etwas abenteuerlich ;-)Auch die Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe waren einfach und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
