About this house rental
Comfortable vacation home in Roche Viejo/Conil for upto 6 persons with private pool and internet WiFi. Pretty house With own private pool of 4x8mtrs.
It has 3 bedrooms and 3 (!) bathrooms. One bedroom has a small kitchen and bathroom, so this could be used as an independent apartment. Central heating in all rooms enables you as well to spend a nice vacation in winter in this home.
There are several terraces of natural stone where you can enjoy your stay. In the area you have some more vacation homes and also meadows. The next precious beach is "Cala del Aceite" - some 1.000mtrs only from Casa LOS OLIVOS.
There are inbuilt cupboards of pinewood, ceran-cooking, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with spacious freezer, microwave, coffee-machine, toaster etc. Table with 4 chairs.
In the living room there is: Sofa, fireplace, SAT-TV, dining table with 6 chairs.
The bathrooms got each a shower and one also a tub.
In the bedrooms you have 2 x double-beds and one with two single beds.
There are also enough garden furnitures for 6 guests.
WiFi internet is provided without charge

La casa nos gustó mucho. La contratación y reserva se hace vía agencia y a partir de ahí la comunicación y el pago restante es con la dueña. Buena ubicación para llegar en coche a todos lados. A la llegada muy limpia y bien equipada. Durante la estancia hay que tener cuidado con no dejar comida sin tapar por las hormigas. Con un baño en cada habitación y otro más en la zona de piscina, muy cómodo. Estancias amplias y acogedoras. Para el bebé nos dejaron cuna y trona. Bettina, la dueña, vive en la casa de al lado y siempre dispuesta junto a su marido a cuidar de cada detalle y ver si falta algo.
El jardín muy grande y cuidado. La piscina limpia, cubre en todas partes, no tiene zona poco profunda.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und durch die Heizung auch für die etwas kühlere Jahreszeit geeignet. Die Ausstattung eignet sich hervorragend für Selbstversorger und ist auch mit den 2 Bädern und dem Studio gut geeignet für 2 Pärchen mit Kind. Wir waren zu zweit und haben die 2 Schlafzimmer genutzt. Über die gesamte Abwicklung durch casa conil war ohne Probleme sehr gut. Die Betreuung durch die Besitzerin war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Ein sympathisch und komfortabel eingerichtetes Haus in dem es an nichts fehlt.
Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Außenanlage ist traumhaft. Die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage haben wir nicht vermisst. Die Fenster sind alle mit Fliegengittern versehen, so dass man nachts das Haus wieder abkühlen konnte (Reisezeitraum: August).
